Beeps w/ Right Blinker and when Braking

I get an annoying beep when I brake or put on the right blinker. I have checked all the fuses under the hood and none are blown. Does anyone here have any suggestions?

Might check the bulbs for the turn and brake lights, my 03 dings and a "Lamp Out" lights flashes up on the dash when a bulb is bad.

yeah i got to looking at the bulb and I could see the filament was broken. Changed the bulb and all is good. Thanks.
