Post Jacobs Exhaust Brake

I have a Jacobs brake installed on by 2006 Dodge 2500 diesel. The bracket that holds the vacuum pump and Power steering unit broke. How can one get the bracket without having to purchase the whole kit. Stranded in Colorado right now trying to get the bracket so I can go home to California.

The newer Dodges come with that brake, maybe a nearby dealer would have one?

I'm not familiar with the bracket, but would you be able to remove it and find an exhaust shop to weld it back up??

Just tryin to help, good luck to you, hope it works out.

Smile Bracket Fix

To anyone that has a Jacob Brake on their 2006/2007 5.9 Cummins Diesel the Bracket Number on the bracket is the Cummins Part No. 3947656, if the bracket breaks do not and forget to order the Surpentine Belt Cummins Part No. 3947077. You can get the parts from a Cummins Distributator. It only took me a week to find this out with no help from Dodge or Jacob Break.
