There is a long list of additives you can use and a lot of different opinions on which one is the best. I use Power service once a month and the rest of the time I use 1/2 ounce 2 stroke per gallon. Your really going to have to try and see what works best for you. Make sure to fill out your signature so we know what kind of truck you have. If you have a 6.7 2 stroke would be a no-no.

The older engines were made to run a different grade of fuel and this new ultra low sulphur fuel required by law and the only thing you can use in newer engines.

My 2000 has to burn the new diesel fuel and I add one oz. of 2 stroke engine oil per gallon to give added lube for the injector pump as the new fuel in my estimation lacks enough lube.
