I need a good programmer to calibrate tire sizes and for limiting the speed.
Any brands or something, so I know which I shall purchase.
I must limit the speed here in Finland to 90km/h.

I know the Superships flashpaq will recalibrate for tires but not sure about speed limiting.

That looks like the right one for you, but the price seems high. I have the 3805 and it was only $250 US. I would shop around some and then buy. Hope this helps.
