Default Tire Rotation

Hey guys looking for some input on rotating my tires. I have always been tought you rotate front to back and keep them on the same side. I was curious and was looking around on a different forum and they said it was ok to switch sides with radials. I have pro comp all terrains on my ctd so I would like to know what pattern you guys do and what the pro's and con's are?

If you have the Extreme All Terrains they are directional tires and must stay on the same side. If they are not directional tires then you can use any pattern you like. I have been using the following pattern: Fronts move straight back, backs cross and move forward.
