Need exhaust advice for my 07 Cummins

I have an 07 dodge ram 2500 diesel. I put on the Bully dog PMT and I love it, last week I put on a K&N Cold air intake and I like that. But now it's exhaust time.. I was talked into an MBRP full exhaust but my question is, should I go with a 4 inch or 5 inch? I've had some people say 4 and some say 5. I am most likely going to go with a 5 inch but i'd like to hear other opionions on this..
