Well as a turn of events, the wife was shopping and seen a lady with 2 kids" 1 in a rear facing seat and the other about 4-5 yo..and she was having a helluva time with the kids unloading and trying to get stroller and stuff out"She called me ASAP said she was out on the QC...so im sorry to have wasted your guys time on here but she says we have to stay with the MC.But the good news is she says get a diesel MC not a QC,so as it has been the search will continue for a 06-07.5 2500 5.9l MC,i also had the same feeling after i detalied the 1500 MC this weekend"hoping for a better trade in value"Pizzo i appreciate all your help and would still like it in my new search of the MC..all the same rules apply..

dude that is a good choice. But here is something for your Wife to see. My son I handicap and he uses a walker all the time. I have a QC 3500 with steps. Although he is 12 he can get inside of the truck himself and is plenty of room for his feet with the braces on his legs. Although he does have trouble with the floor mats. They keep getting moved around with his feet because he can't really lift them up.

But the MC will be better for you guys anyways since She wants it. And will have to put up with the pain of getting the Kids out. If one is in a baby seat then yes i could see her having trouble getting the kids out of the back seat if its a QC. My kids are grown Daughter is 6 and son is 12. they get in and out by themselves.

I totally understand you have to make it so its easier on everyone. The real reason i got rid of My Chevy is because My son couldn't get in the truck and he needed the full 4 doors it wasn't the fact it was a lemon it was paid for. Plus my wife wanted this truck more then me. I wanted a 2500 and she seen this and wanted a it so I got a 3500.
Plus if you bought the QC anyways and said it will be fine and lets get it anyways come on BABY. You will need to build a bigger dog house in case she won't let you sleep in the truck.....:icon_go ofygrin::icon_goof ygrin:
once you get a chance pm me your email address. I'll help you find trucks to look at

Default Latest info on search!!

This was emailed to me from the dealer dodge man...Is this true?

Clif,
No problem Clif I own a 5.9 with 250k on it and have loved it but I will say the only REAL problem with the 2007 6.7 was that you can not do short trip driving with a diesel so they reprogrammed the PCM to burn hotter and NO Problems now so take into consideration that we are selling 2007 and 2008 6.7's like crazy 350HP 650LBft Torque and that Exhaust brake thats way cool for towing and if you are gonna have it for a long time you should consider this white split bench laramie MegaCab .......sincerely John B Meade

Is not the fuel consumption alot worse without immediate mods?I told them that i have been talking with a big population of dodge cummins owners also.I know they are out for their pockets to but im protecting mine!!

That is a nice rig, but yeah the 6.7 don't get good mileage unless you defeat all the emissions equipment, which will void your warranty and is illegal (unless you don't get caught )
