im just wondering what people are getting out of a full tank. in my 95 5.9 gas motor 1500 im lucky to get 250-260 out of a tank. im hoping to be getting a 99 cummins 2500 this weekend. so im wondering what i should be expecting out of it.

What size tank do you have now? I know mine has a 34 gal. tank and get 5-600 easily.

In my 04 I get about 375-400 miles with a 1/4 of a tank left so I'm going to guess at 550 to 600 miles a tank.

Default mileage 2007 with 5.9 cummins 2500

I get 21+ miles to the gallon if I stay below 65, (so 550+ per tank) and can keep my lead foot from gunning it to pass - it's hard to do when there is still massive passing power at 80 mph. It's just too much fun to drive!
