Default ball joint recommendations

My front suspension popped when I dropped off the main road onto a side road last night, so I will check, but it's probably time to replace the oe ball joints, my question is has anyone used the Dynatrac ball joints?
I read steve05ram360's awesome diy on the process and he used the Carli upper ball joints, but I just can't spend 1100 dollars for the uppers. Are the Dynatracs a good product?

Thanks, Paul

grease able ball joints 1100 for them are they crazy? no way in hell i would pay 1100 bucks for them.
The ball joints you buy keep it simple in case it fails later in life all you have to do is run to the autopart store and buy a new one. you get something online that you have to wait to have it shipped to you then your without a truck for a few days till the new part gets their.

Before you pull the ball joints, check the trac bar.

The rubber bushing in the ends of it are known to give up the ghose and make a clunking sound.

thanks, Coal Train, I'll have to do that I honestly have not checked anything yet. I've read and heard from owners that the ball joints may need replaced @ 60,000 miles and that is where I'm at.

also check all the bolts on the control arms(mainly the two "cam" bolts on the axle, lower arm) at least thats where mine pops when the retard at the alignment shop doesnt tighten them enough (happened to me twice)
