Maintenance is not bad, 12 quarts of oil, a few fuel filters. I preferred baldwin filters over the rest. I had a diablo sport programmer and it made the truck scream. Trans was the weak spot but there are so many upgrades to make it stronger or you can go all out and contact suncoast or ats and get a bullet proof trans. Make sure you get guauges and watch the EGTS!!!. Other than that have fun, enjoy the truck.

i can guarantee you that if you purchase a cummins, you will put more than 5-6k miles per year on it. they are a lot of fun, especially if you have that banks six gun in it. you'll never look at a gasser again.
