looking at a 2004.5, LB, 3500, 4wd, 150000 miles, I believe the owner about lite use. No fifth wheel, no gooseneck ball, no wear on receiver hitch, clean carfax

What should I offer?

What might be ready to give problems at 150000 miles?

 

I would check both upper and lower ball joints, and shocks mine went out about 110,000. Then Transmission check the oil and magnet in the pan. Just swapped mine out had pieces of snap ring and medal shavings in mine. Also check the u-joints on front axle and drive train.
I don't know about price, hopefully someone else can chim in on that.
