Angry reasonable repair time?

I just traded my o4 quad cab 2500 4x4 for a used 08 mega cab 2500 4x4 with 6.7 and 27k miles. 4 days after trade the thing wouldn't turn over and electric door locks wouldn't work. I called my local dealer ( didn't buy truck from him) and then got a roll back to pick up my truck. The wireless key sensor went bad found that out on Monday pm. Called today at noon (Wed) the service manager said friday afternoon they had to get the part from a dealer in Wisconsin and he was sending it 2nd day air. We're in Northeast GA. I'm pissed that it's taking so long, why not order the part earlier and get it overnight? Comments are welcome.

Seems like a long time to me, But dealers have always taken a long time to fix diesels. If your rural it only makes things worse. That's a long time to be without a vehicle.
