Pricing advice needed

Private sale, 2007,5.9l, 2500, QC, long bed, 4wd, SLT, 38,000 miles, all stock. Negotiated price is $26000.

Is that a reasonable price? Using Kelly Blue Book, private sale is $25000. What do you guys think?

its not a bad price, but could be better, i dont think i would ever pay over KBB value, but an 07, 5.9 would be a great truck to have
