Turbo squealing

07.5 6.7 CTD 52000 miles the turbo is starting to squeal when it is spooled up. took it to the dealer and they told me it is a normal operating condition. Is anyone else seeing this issue?

seems like its just the turbo bark. or just open spooling. Do u have straight pipes?

Went to another dealer, they found the gasket between the exhaust manifold and EGR cooler was blown out.
