Default Clanking noise!

So i replaced the following: CP3 pump, tank pump & all 6 injectors, and is running sweet! Valves were a little noisy(181,000mls) so i adjusted them, now i seem to hear a noise (clacking/ticking noise towards the front, around the balancer under truck, (did the old screw driver to ear) noise is very noticable. Is their anything in there that would do make this sound,(does not sound like a rod knock). Most noticable at idle, very slight while driving???
