Hi everyone, new to the forum. I'm looking at a 92 W350 Cummins and curious what a general consensus as far as price would be.

Highlights:
Five speed
Dana 60 front axle (both front and rear have lock-rite diff lockers but he has the original parts as well)
Dana 70 rear axle
NP205 transfer case
The windshield is in rough shape, large spider web crack on the right side stretching 1/3 of the way across
Decent condition body/frame wise (bed is rusty but solid, mid-size dent on one side of cab)
Family owned since it was bought new
300,000 miles

It's exactly what I'm looking for, but I would like to know what some of yall would pay for something like this.
