Ok, so my trany is hunting sometimes between 1st and 2nd.
so ime going to buy a new valve body.
My question is- are the governor pressure soloniod and sensore part of the Valve body.
and is any body running the bd valve body.

I have some info on this in my AllData, did you do it yet? I am having the same issue in my newly purchased rig. M

 

i did find out that the valve body does contain the govener and pressure soloniod, but i ended up taking the truck back to the dealership i bought it from und upgrading to a 2006 3500 with much lower kms which has never towed anything and the transmission is perfect and runs a lot cooler as well.
