Does anyone know the laws or the legalities of them in Texas and what year model you can or cant have them on? thanks

 

I don't think anyone wants to give you 'legal' advice. Does Texas have emissions laws? If there are no emissions laws, I'd imagine the only thing to be concerned with would be the sound. Almost everywhere has laws regarding noise.
