Default 06 Wiring issues

Hi guys, been lurking here for a while off and on, lots of great information being passed around. I am posting with a problem of my own today, hoping you guys could help me with. My 06 has the factory towing package. Recently i have lost my right blinker on my trailers. I have the blinker on my truck, but with a test light I do not have power for that blinker to my factory 7 prong, or factory 4 prong plugs. Do the trailer lights have their own seperate harness some where? I checked the green wires in the harness above the rear axle and didn't have power there, but I am thinking I may be doing something wrong because that should be powering the blinker on my truck too shouldn't it? Any Ideas where I should start looking, assuming it is in a pigtail, or some other connection point? Any other information I can give that would help you to help me I will be glad to reply with. Thanks in advance for any help. I did have this in a different forum and they suggested maybe a blown fuse, that in the gassers they had seperate fuses for left and right tow lights. I couldnt find a seperate fuse for tow blinkers, I could find one for park lamps, and one that was labeled Trailer Tow, I pulled it out and the left blinker still worked. I looked for a fuse specific to tow lights and couldn't find anything that looked familiar to me. Is there a supplemental fuse panel somewhere that I am not finding? Thanks again

Default towing trouble

Well I just got back from the dodge dealership. I have the exact same issue on my 06 duelly. Purchased a new enclosed car trailer and NO rt. side turn signal or brakes on trailer. Checked all fuses with tester and ok. Checked truck at rv plug and no rt. turn signal. Bad news... the computer controls all the functions not handled by the tow 30 amp fuse. Meaning if your truck is out of warranty you have to pay to get the computer flashed and updated. There was a tech bulletin no.tsb08-021-06 on this. IF it is flashed more than 5 times a person has to buy the new computer. My truck was flashed in 08 for a power control module. Dealer says it is not the same flash as the timp module. I am taking the truck to another dodge dealer tomorrow. They want to charge for updating the computer. Hogwash, this is a serious issue if the lights go out while driving. Not to shabby for my first post on this forum.
