Default Damper & Speed sensor OPINION??

Went a head and put in the KDP retaining tab, but for reinstallation of damper and speed sensor I find different ideas.

Damper -- some indicate do not torque bolts until belt is installed & others torque the bolts then install belt.

Speed sensor -- some indication on using a non magnetic brass feeler gage others make no reference to type of material for feeler gage.

Whats your opinion and what do you suggest???????

Thanks in advance

always torue the dampner before you put the belt on other wise your crank bearings will go. Torque is critical on these as well.
I would use a non magnetic as it could react with the crank sensor.
