Default Driving me crazy!!!!!!

Hello all, I have a 2005 RAM 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins, it has been driving me crazy for the last 2 days, the other night I was coming home & I heard a loud pop, then it started running extremely rough, I limped it home & got the codes it turned up P0016(crank/camshaft timing misalignment/out of sync) I changed the crank sensor & still have the same problem, also now flashing P0340 & P0341 have checked what these codes are & don't understand them. I ordered a cam position sensor & will change it tomorrow, hopefully this fixes the problem, any additional information on this problem would be appreciated thanks. Also sorry about the novel.

check the ring around your crankshaft. it could have bent a tooth that your sensor reads off of.

Thanks for the reply, I just checked the teeth & they all appear normal, also checked the codes again & the p0340 & p0341 are gone, now it just throws p0016 again.
