Default buying 2004 cummins and need suggestions!!

Im buying a 2004 dodge diesel 6 speed manual truck. im lookin for some badd *** goodies to make it faster but still get great mpg. Doese anyone have suggestions?

programmer will help with power and economy.
turbo back exhaust helps as well

I have a 2005 2500 with 4"Exhaust, Bully dog programer(old style Hardwired), Stage 2 AFE Cold Air Intake, Cold Air intake Elbow
35"Yokohamageolanders

traveling at 65 Miles per her, 110km Avg. 25-26 Mpg / 9 L/100km

In town avg 17MPG

Turbo Air guide that'll help some, programmer, turbo back, and an air intake. that should be enough to get you what you're looking for. I ain't seen an improvement with my programmer though I'm getting 20-22 with the programmer and most get 20-22 without it.
