Fass customer service, or lack thereof
Curious how many others have had less than satisfactory experiences when attempting to communicate with Fass?
I've been unable to get questions answered since last Thursday, (June 3), they have yet to return my telephone message of that day, and they have not replied to my telephone message of today.

What was the problem?
I deal for FASS and have never had an issue getting ahold of them.
FASS generally refers all questions regarding products to the selling dealer.
Is this a product you bought new, from a dealer or an ebay purchase?
