ok i have a 2008 4.7 quad only with 16000 miles on it and found an 07 2500 with the 6.7 with 40,000 and there wanting 28000 for it. Im not really a 6.7 fan but im wondering what owners of the engine like bout it. Im coming from driving my cousins 5.9. and want to know if this is a good deal

 

The 6.7 is a good engine, its just got some factory parts that need to go MIA. If you were to get it, dump the DPF and block the EGR. IMO, thats a MUST DO for a 6.7; wouldnt have one any other way (well, maybe a new 2010...)
