I have an 06 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins and I have been having issues with the ignition buzzing when I remove my key. When I turn the truck off and remove the key, the buzzing still continues like the key is still in the ignition or the lights are on, everything is turned off though. I played around with the ignition switch and I found that if I take my ignition key and place the tip of the key on the metal ring around the ignition and if I smack the key against the ring it will shut off. Once it shuts off then I can use my remote locks and power locks like normal. If the ignition is buzzing then I can not use my remote locks or even my power locks on the drivers side door. It doesn't do it all the time but it is really a pain at time. I have replaced the battery in my remote starter and it still continues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
