NO, the diagram is not valid for an 07.

The short cycling is your clue as to where to start. It means the system is working, but it is not seeing the pressures that it needs to right after start-up. The most common reasons for this are low refrigerant or bad switches/wiring. I'd start by hooking the system up to a set of gauges and make sure you aren't low on refrigerant.

I hooked up the gauges to the system and the low and high pressure 100 lbs. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 2007 2500/3500 HVAC system?

Should I be getting 12V to the pressure switch above the compressor? Where is the other pressure switch located? I have looked around and still can not find the damn thing. Thanks for the help.
