Default Drive indicator blinks and lose throttle

Hi Guys, I have a 2006 Dodge Diesel 5.9L 4x4. What is happening with it is when it is in drive the square indicator around the D blinks and I lose my throttle. It has been to Dodge 5 times in the last month and a half and they can’t seem to find the problem. They blamed it on the fuel rail sensor the first time so they replaced it then blamed it on my banks bullet chip, and disconnecting that didn’t work. The last two times it has been in, no codes pop up and they take it for a drive and it seems to work fine. I am planning a big trip in a short time and don’t want to be stranded on the side of the. Thanks

check the harness from the trans up towards the engine they have been known to rub through on the frame/crossmember, also, just because, check the wire from the a/c comperssor back to the main harness, they have also rubbed through and caused some very strange issues
