Default Towing

Sorry for the question but I don't know if it makes a difference if my truck is lifted and has added springs for towing.
I have an 07 3500 6.7 that has been lifted 6 "...and I'm looking at buying 5th wheel. Every RV dealer says sure....that truck can pull anything!!
But I was wondering what was actually legal and if added springs make a difference in say the tongue weight??
Thanks,
Rhonda

the truck will be fine and is legal to tow like that, the only problem you may run into if getting an actual 5th wheel, is the height of the truck, most 5th wheel trailers have an adjustable tongue and may clear it, but bumper pull or fith wheel will be perfectly fine behind that truck as long as you can get the trailer to a level stance
