Default drum to rotor swap

so i am interesed in changing my rear axle to rotor brakes, but i am not interesed in paying g-note for a kit. I am wanting to know what was the first year the 2500 dodge came with the rotor brakes and the rear sway bar.

Thanks for your help fellas!

01 and newer had the rear disk brakes, i converted my 75 by using the simple chevy front calipers and roters, and building my own weld on brackets, only took about 4 hours from start to finish

80% of braking power comes from the front brakes. If the rear brakes are keep adjusted, manually, the cost and effort, in my opinion is not worth it.
