i only have one battery, relay terminls(are u talking about both soleniods)??? if so all ready done that> i think i spoted my computer box inside drivers side fender behind batt tray, kinda looks like one anyway air temp semsor ohmed good ohms, just thought i could jump ( by pass it) ma be getting weak os something. it worked fine this morning so i really dont know whats up. u seem pretty savy on this sh-t, let me ask u another, mine is a 93 d350 dually 5.9 . it came with a factory heated fuel filter head wich i dont think is working also, it has 12v going to the plug w/key, but i put my hand up on it and i dont think it get warm, how quick do they warm up and how hot??? thanks

I believe they are called relays but solenoid works for me too. Good that you cleaned them. If the system is working now, lets not try to fix it any more. Wait for a fault.

The fuel heater seems to be something that really does not work well in providing warm fuel. I removed my fuel heater on my engine, 1996. On my engine it is a cause for letting air into the fuel system and causing hard starts or no starts. I just taped the electrical plug and ty wrapped it out of the way.
