Default First Diesel

I'm 17 years old and last night my moms friend gave me his 94 cummins. It was his worked truck so it is a little beat up, but for the $1 it cost me well worth the purchase. I already own a 97 ram 1500 with the 360 in it, my goal here is to fix it up a little. The one problem is that it is stuck in 4h. I think this is the only thing I will not be able to fix. How much do you think it is going to cost me?

if it is a manual, just pull the stick out, i have seen them pop out of the shift forks before, just set all the forks back to the middle, nuetral position, give that a shot...
