HD models are higher than the Non-HD models, so that is probably why its up higher. But I don't think it looks lifted, it looks like there is a level on there. If it wasn't leveled the front end wouldn't look like that. I would think you could fit 35's on there

Even the 2500s have a pretty good rake to them stock, which yours appears to not have. Back looks pretty much stock.
My guess is it's been leveled...

Look at the front coil springs(top of them) and see if you see a spacer in there.. Welcome to the forum btw and nice cummins! 6speed? or auto? and you could fit 35s on im pretty sure(think they even fit stock). If you got 410 gears it will run pretty damn good. What year?

Yep, looks like you have a simple leveling kit... probably a spacer somewhere around 2 or 2 1/2". You can easily fit 35's... and with a cummins you can easily turn them with stock gearing

looks leveled.
with 35's on the stk.wheels you will rub(not bad) the control arms at full lock.

here is a 05 with stk.suspension with 35's on stk.wheels....

i deff wouldnt run them on stock wheels.. i'm thinking about getting some 17x9

what are the right bolt pattern... and i guess 4.5 backspacing would be good.
