15k sounds about right but it depends on what trim it is and what the previous owner chose as options... ie. HO motor, leather seats, etc... what trim is the truck? Laramie? Sport? SLT? ST? that is one of the main factors of the price, not to mention the 5.9 cummins motor... If you are not familiar with the 3rd gen cummins do some research as the fuel delivery system is different... it is a common rail system... so do some research... 188k is not a lot of miles for a cummins but if you do purchase the truck make sure the fluids are changed, ie. diff, txf case, tranny... unless it is from a dealer which most of that should be done... the mpg will be different for each driver depending on how heavy your foot is... I personally have a 2006.5, 5.9 Cummins HO motor, I have the Sport trim on my truck, the dash has some fake carbon fiber plastic on it but i bought it used for a good price...I usually get 14-18 city and 18-23 hwy... PM me if you want to know anymore specifics
