Default Alarm going off at wrong time

I have a 2005 Dodge Cummins 2500. The Alarm randomly goes off during two different actions. (Not all the time).

1. If the vehicle is on and the driver door is opened (from either the inside or out).

2. When the truck is unlocked using the remote and the door is opened.

Any recomendations? It is very annoying especially when there is a sleeping baby in the truck.

Any advice on how to fix this?
Thanks

Reset the pcm disconnecting the battery for a while! That trick has worked on other problems. Try it!!!
