got some good info from you guys , so thanks to all , this is a great sight , the mpg in my 99 cummins got bad like 13 mpg driveing it steady to and from work, so i tested the fuel pressure and it read 10 psi at idel and nearly zero at fast revs, wich i hear is not good, so got an aftermarket pump, its a mr gasket brand, pumps to 14 psi at 105 gph, an over all good looking unit it instaled with no problems , well the engine sounds like its gor more grrr, and the tranny changes better , it does have a slight miss maybe an injector?, so filled it up and will let you know if mpg's are any better.
