Anyone ever heard of a cummins locked up. I haven't what would cause it to lock up or you reckon somethin else has gone wrong for it to not even turn over. No metal in the pan no hole in the block. I am lost.

Pull the injectors out and try turning the motor over, if it will not turn over you got problems!
