Hey there my dad has a 2006 Dodge Cummins Big Horn, its got about 90k miles on it. We haven't done anything besides regular scheduled oil and tranny fluid changes. Lately more often it takes two times to start it in the mornings. Just curious on what else we should do to maintain a healthy motor. Just not sure about how to maintain these diesels!

 

The owners manual should give you a breakdown of the maintenance schedule. Air and fuel filters for sure.

 

Ya i would do everything now.Rears,transfer case if its 4X4,maybe coolant,and adjust valves.
