Have 2001 2500 diesel. Truck started having intermittant power loss. Usually corrected by putting in neutral and revving, or turning truck off, then on again. Now it is pretty constant of no power - cannot drive down road over 20 MPH. Lift transfer pump was replaced less than year ago, as well as fuel filter. Any suggestions? thanks

 

Check fuel filter and air cleaner.U say u changed fuel filter less than a year ago i would pull it and change it.No way i would let a fuel filter sit in my truck more than 3 or 4 months.Just not worth the headache it can cause.And pull the air cleaner.If theres no air its not gonna run and a turbo engine needs alot of air.
