Default OVerheating

About a month ago I was towing our camp trailer and had issues only when pulling a good size hill with overheating. I noticed that the water pump was leaking out of the weep so I replaced it. I have noticed even after changing the water pump that while driving around town if I start pushing the motor a little the temperature jumps up to about 210*. It normally runs just shy of 200*. Could something else be going out or is this normal? I just don't want another incident of sitting on the side of the road overheating. Any help is appreciated.

From just looking at it it appears to be clean and clear.

check the back side of the rad, your t-stat and double check coolant level...

Is there a way to check the t-stat or is it easier to just replace it?

Ok replaced the thermostat and still get to the point of overheating. What else could possibly be going wrong here? It doesn't get hot driving it around town or anything like that but the minute I put a load on it it gets hotter then ever. If i let it just sit there and idle it will slowly cool itself down after getting hot.

I'd still check to see if the fins are clean through and through, try running some water from a garden hose through the back of it and see if the water runs dirty, they are not easy to clean

Ok I looked at my radiator a little better today and its caked full off what looks to be mud from about half way down. How hard is it to get this radiator out and cleaned or is there a better way?
