Default Water Leak

I have a 2006 Dodge 2500 4x4 Cummins. The a/c bracket is also the place the lower radiator hose attaches, behind that bracket is a small rubber seal, I had to have it replaced in December and it failed again this weekend. Has anyone heard of this problem? Or what might cause it or how to prevent it again? Thanks in advance.
