well. i have a 96 cummins 12valve with a #6 fuel plate, what im wanting to do is make the whistle louder. idk if there is anyway to do this or not. i hear alot of dodges alllll over the place and on youtube that have some really loud turbos, so im just guessing that not everyone buys bigger turbos. just thinking there may be a diff way to do it. i took the silencer out already and straight piped it with a 6inch stack. any ideas are much appreciated, thanks everyone.
