'07 2500 5.9L electrical problems

'07 2500 5.9L electrical problems
Hi- I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab with a 5.9L Cummins.
Aside from replacing the water pump and both front U joints it has been a good truck to me. However, just within the last few days I have been having electrical issues and I was hoping someone could give me some direction on what I need to do to fix it.
Here are the issues I am having:
1. The blower on the climate control (sometimes) will only blow if it is on the highest setting. The A/C will also not signal as on unless it is on the highest setting.
2. The dome light will only stay on for a couple of seconds after turning the truck off.
3. (and my biggest gripe) The back windows do not always go up or down from either the control in my door or the doors in the back.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
