Default Does A 3.73 Diff Ratio Need To Be Timed?

I have a 2005 Dodge 3500 with the 3.73 diff gear ratio and I will be removing the front diff to replace the axle seals. I am needing to know if the pinion and ring gear need to be timed when installed. I can't find any info in the shop manual or online. Any info would be great.
Thanks

I've pulled the diffs apart on many trucks I've never heard of "timing" them?

If you are just replacing the axle seals, you shouldn't have to remove the ring or pinion to do so, so I would say no.

x2 if your just doing seals you won't have to setup the gear set again... I still have never heard the phrase "timed". Just pull the carrier pound out your seals and put the new ones in.
