Default 05 Dodge Ram Diesel 325/610 - loss of torque

I had a performance dual exhaust installed on my cummins. It sounds excellent, but I have noticed a loss of torque & performance. Anyone experienced this? Prior to installing the dual exhaust, I tuned the truck with a SuperChip Cortex Tuner to enhance performance. I talked to the guys at SuperChip and they told me it only tunes stock trucks. I have re-tuned mytruck using the tow setting because I do work my truck and use it to tow. But I still notice the loss of torque and performance. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Welcome to DF
My question is, when the superchip folks say stock truck. Do they mean without duel exhaust and tubro diesel?

Check or change your fuel filter. Did you delete or change the muffler? Is it a cat back system or turbo back and did you go to a 5" kit? The free flowing exhaust will let the turbo spool faster but you need fuel to do it.
