Im getting a 1995 2500 diesel. Std cab long bed. My quest is. Is it possible to put an ex cab and short bed on the truck without doing a bunch of frame fab? I can do the fabs but id rather just take off old and put new. Lol. Just swap std cab for ext cab and long bed for short bed? Thanks

 

I would think it would be relatively easy but then again I've never done it. I had the quad cab short box on my 01 and liked it very much. My towing requirements forced me to move to a 3500 dually long box but I hate driving it where I have to park next to others, what a pain. I'm curious too, good luck
