Blower is weak as in it isn't moving any air? Is it moving air but not getting cold? Do you have the diesel, cause I think there was a TSB for that. Is the compressor on? What have they done for $100? Need some more info to be of help.

I think i have your problem as well. I have a 04 hemi qc. It blows cold, kinda strong, however dont feel like its as cold as it should be for how big the engine is. My dad has a 454 chevy and it blows so cold, you have to turn it off. My truck, i have to leave it running all the time and it kills gas milage. or maybe its the combo of my steel toe boot lol..

With the Cummins there was a TSB regarding the A/C. I'll see if I can find it and post a link.

Try here and here

Problem fixed thanks to osteodoc08. The link http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2002/24-004-02.htm was for a 2002 but it was basicly the same problem but a differant door Under the dash. The one that lets in fresh air. If you have very little air coming out of the Pass vents this counld be the problem. It took 2 daysfor my dealer ship to get it done. But my dealer covered this one. Thanks folks.
