I always run something in every tank, Lucas oil, power service etc... Every bit of lube/cleaner helps. A lot of people on here like "drews brew", havnt tried it myself yet but just do a search for it and youll come up with all kinds of info.

In the wintertime I run a mix of 2 cycle oil and either Power Service or Howe's at every fill up, the mix is 1/4-1/2 oz of 2 cycle oil per gallon of diesel and 1 oz of PS/Howe's to every 3 gallons of diesel.

drew's brew doesn't help as much as one would think.. look it up.. there is no scientific evidences that the mmo actually lubricates the inkector pump... I aslo tried power service and 2 cycle.. but my biggest gain came from using schaffer's oil diesel additive.

a $35.00 (1) gallon jug treats up to 2,000 gallons

I put a double treatment in my first tank ran it thru gained about 3 mpg

FYI that $35.00 Schaeffer additive you bought has many of the same base ingredients that is in Power Service. BTW did you try Power Service without 2 cycle oil or MMO to see how much of an increase in fuel mileage it would get you and at a lower cost?

Yeah I tried the power service. worked okay.. schaffer's is cheap.. about $0.01 per gallon to treat. I just finished my second tank with schaffer's and gained 2mpg.
