I had a new number four fuel line installed after it blew and I ran out of fuel. Codes were erased, but soon came on after I picked truck up. I dont know number the code, but it was fuel delivery code.
Anybody know what it might be? They questioned me fuel filter, but I installed it over 1000 miles ago, but maybe it clogged when I ran it out of fuel. ( Is there a tsb on aftermarket napa filter? I installed it and it ran fine until the fuel line blew. Should I just replace it with a Dodge filter to be sure it is clean? Maybe cheap insurance?) Could it be left over air in the lines? I will get it back late today with the code erased, but we will see what happens if it codes again. If the truck works out any fuel deliver problem will the engine light got out or does it have to be erased?
Thanks,
JB
