I was hoping maybe you guys could help me with a question. My truck suddenly lost reverse gear. no warning or anything. I took the truck to a shop to have AC charged. Picked it up from shop and it drove fine. The next day I got in it and it didn't have reverse gear. It has all gears except reverse. I tried adjusting linkage and it still doesn't have reverse. Reverse seems to act like park and neutral acts like first gear but, If your in 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th and put it in neutral while moving it acts like neutral untill you slow down to 1st gear speed then it starts driving in 1st gear only will not shift out. Has my tranny gone out or could it be something else? Manual 1st is still first and manual 2nd is normal aswell
