6.9 quit going down road
Going to need some more information. What year is it? How many miles? I'm assuming you're talking about a 5.9L Cummins (1994-2008). The 6.7L Cummins is in the 2008-2013 pickups.
I'm assuming your injection pump is bad.

So, your filter bowl is full of fuel. Are you getting fuel to the CP3 inlet? Crack that line and see if it pushes fuel out.
How do you know it doesn't have pressure to the injectors? I sure as hell hope you aren't cracking the injector lines at the head, pretty dumb with a 30,000 psi-capable system. If you have a rail gauge, what's it showing?
If you have fuel to the CP3, but no pressure in the rail, leads me to believe your CP3 is done.

Hook up a ODB II, it will tell you what it is.......sounds like fuel pump. Happened to me, was driving along just fine and with no warning at all the truck turned off. I now carry an extra fuel pump with me (mine is not in the tank, thank God!)
